4. Eligibility Age : Between 18 to 40yrs
5. Minimum qualification requirement :Cl.X with Min.3months IT course
6. Place of Posting :1 at Drujegang MSS

1 at Tsangkha LSS
Candidate fulfilling the above criteria are asked to submit the following document to the HR Section latest by 27th July, 2009.
7. RCSC employment form duly filled
8. Security Clearance certificate in original
9. Medical certificate in original
10. Copy of C.I.D
11. Copy of Academic transcript
12. No objection certificate from the employer if already employed
The short listed result will be declared on 31st of July on the Dzongkhag Notice board and the Dzongkhag website and the candidate’s will be called for interview. The practical and the oral interview will be conducted on 5th of August and the result will be declared on 10th of the same month.

The HR committee of the Dzongkhag has shortlisted top fifteen candidate on the basis of best of five subject including English and Dzongkha.
The above shortlisted candidates are asked to report to the Dzongkhag DYT hall at 9:00am on 5th August.The Practical will start at 10:00am
and the VIVA will be conducted at2:00pm on the same day.
In addition the candidate are also asked to bring their documents in original and submit it to the HRO at 9:00am for verification.

PROMOTION NOTIFICATION |

The Dzongkhag Administration would like to inform all the civil servant working under the Dzongkhag Administration that as per the circular No.RCSC/HRMD/1/2009 the last date for promotion document submission is rescheduled as per the following dates hence fort:
For Promotion effective on January : 15th October.
For Promotion effective on July : 15th April
All the civil servant are requested to adhere to the above mention date

Coronation day of Druk Gyalpo |

As per the Notification No.DDA/ADM(53)2009/781 dated 16/7/2009, the celebration of coronotion of Druk Gyalpo will be on 2/10/2009 instead of 1/10/2009, as this year is the first year of His Majesties regin.As the day commemorates His Majesty's coronation, it is a national holiday

Meritorious promotion and fast track promotion |

The Dzongkhag Administration would like to inform all the civil servant of this Dzonkhag Administration that the HR committee would review the meritorious and fast track promotion proposal before forwarding to RCSC.
The Sector concerned are requested to identify and submit only genuine cases of meritorious promotion to the HR section, so that the HR committee can review and support the individual as reward for his hard work and outstanding achievement and incase of genuine proposal, the HR members will endorse their supplementary appreciation letter and in case the incumbent doesn’t deserve the promotion, the case will be held by the HR committee.

The Dzongkhag Administration, Dagana now invites sealed bids from the eligible and qualifies bidders registered with Construction Development Board (CDB) for the following works as tabulated hereunder;

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Dzongkhag Engineering Section, Dagana and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9.00 AM to 4.00PM starting from 7th January 2010.
A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address given below and upon payment of non refundable fee against each work as mentioned above. The method of payment will be by cash. The bidding documents shall be collected from the office of the Dzongkhag Engineer.
The bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 noon on 8th February 2010. Electronic biddings shall not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened physically in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who chose to attend at the address below at 1430 hrs on 8th February 2010 in the chamber of Dasho Dzongrab.
All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned. Prior to filling up of the rates, the bidders are advised to visit the site.
